Foot Mask ??

The foot is packed full of nerve endings and for a body part that literally carries the weight of the world on its small frame, they deserve a little love and affection from time to time. A nourishing foot mask can help to soothe dry, cracked heels, smooth away calloused toes and foot pads and even repair weak nails. The ingredients in this foot mask recipe remove dead skin cells while gently exfoliating. This foot mask can be left on overnight for a truly healing effect.

Things You'll Need

·         1/4 cup almonds
·         1/4 cup oatmeal
·         3 tbsp cocoa butter (food grade)
·         2 tbsp honey
·         Food processor
·         Small bowl
·         Plastic wrap
·         Clean socks
·         Towel

Instructions

1.    In a food processor, pulse the almonds and oatmeal into a fine powder. Set it aside.

2.    In a bowl, combine cocoa butter and honey until it is smooth.

3.    Add the butter and honey mixture to the food processor and blend for one minute, or until the mixture is a smooth paste.

4.    Wash your feet and pat dry before applying the mask. For maximum results your skin should be clean and dry before applying any kind of beuaty mask.

5.    Apply the mask to clean feet, wrap loosely with elastic wrap and put on a pair of clean socks. Let the mask penetrate for thirty minutes to an hour or you can leave the mask on overnight.

6.    Remove the mask. Once the mask has set for the desired time, remove the socks and plastic wrap, rinse your feet with warm water and pat dry. Immediately follow this by slathering your feet with a thick foot cream or lotion.
